1. A Vivid Journey LLC reserves the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule any programs or services at our discretion. In the event of cancellation, you will be notified and may be offered an alternative, or in some cases, a refund, depending on the situation.

 

2. Force Majeure                                                                                                                                                                                               A Vivid Journey LLC is not responsible for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These may include, but are not limited to:

• Acts of God (natural disasters, extreme weather)

• War, terrorism, or civil unrest

• Government restrictions or regulations

• Pandemic, epidemic, or other public health emergencies

• Telecommunication or internet outages

• Power failures

• Labor strikes or other disruptions

Such events shall not constitute a breach of contract or failure to perform under this policy or agreement. We will make reasonable efforts to resume operations as soon as it is safe and feasible to do so.

3. Purchase Cancellation                                                                                                                                                                                  All purchases made on this website are non-refundable. Once a purchase is made, you agree to the non-refundable nature of the transaction. If you have any issues or concerns with your purchase, please contact us at avividjourney@gmail.com.

 

4. Missed Sessions
If you are unable to attend a purchased scheduled session or event, it is your responsibility to inform the A Vivid Journey at avividjourney@gmail.com at your soonest convenience. While we may offer resources or support to assist you in attending to the missed content, there is no guarantee the missed session(s) can be rescheduled or provided.

 

5. No Refund for Absences
Absence from any scheduled session, program, or event does not entitle you to a refund or partial refund. All payments made for the program or service are non-refundable, as outlined in the Refund and Returns Policy.
